What do we offer ?
T20 Studio was created in 2019 by Theresia Ghostine Abi Khalil who studied architecture at the Lebanese University Faculty of Fine Arts. This creation comes after five years of collaborations in major architectural and construction firms.
In T20 Studio we have acquired a great deal of knowledge in the field of construction. The work on projects of various types and scales, optimized our use of professional tools to provide an effective and clear vision of architecture.
T20 is a human-scale firm attaching great importance to the quality of relations and working with its clients on a basis of mutual trust, T20 has one ambition: “working together to create the urban world of tomorrow”.

Design Management
Our projects must adapt to new ways of living and working, incorporating technical innovations designed to make their use easier and better. Users’ well-being, capacity for transformation/ reversibility of spaces, energy management, can no longer be ignored when undertaking a project. It is our capacity for anticipating requirements, and providing expert advice and pertinent recommendations, which leaves us convinced of having the right approach.
Site Management
The Architect is the true conductor of the operation; our central position and the knowledge collected throughout form the competitive advantage needed to determine the most cautious adaptations suitable for the worksite.
The site is the result of collective work; it is crucial to clarify the final details of the project. The presence of the architect during this key phase will ensure compliance to the project’s essence.
Project Management
Planning, initiation, execution, monitoring and closing the project are our expertise. We ensure projects are designed and built on time and to budget while protecting the integrity of the design and respecting its quality.
